History

	W F Hall & Son Ltd was established in 1947 by Mr William Frederick Hall (left), Bill started with a single van transporting workers to the local MOD site in Trecwn, he also transported coal to the local households and bought his first tipper wagon to haul coal from Goodwick station to the Brickworks and then to Trecwn, unfortunately the Brickworks closed down so W F Hall moved into General Haulage transporting local farm produce countrywide. In 1971 Goodwick harbour announced the new sailing route to Ireland this was a perfect opportunity for Bill to start moving freight via Goodwick to Rosslare and gradually built up the business as we know today as one of the biggest shippers into Ireland through the West Wales corridor.
